Crew Member

Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable, hard-working crew member to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll work under the direction of the project foreman to assist with a variety of foundation repair tasks and site preparations. Your responsibilities will include loading and unloading materials, cleaning and preparing job sites, removing debris, supporting skilled tradespeople, and more.

This is a hands-on position ideal for someone who enjoys physical work, takes pride in doing the job right, and thrives in a team-oriented environment.

Pay Scale (Hourly) $20+ 

Pay is subject to change based on experience. 

Responsibilities

  1. Assist in the excavation, installation, and repair of foundations 
  2. Follow established protocols and safety guidelines 
  3. Maintain clean and organized work areas 
  4. Collaborate with team members to achieve project goals 
  5. Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members 
  6. Uphold a high standard of workmanship and attention to detail 

Requirements

  1. Physical ability to perform manual labor and lift heavy objects 
  2. Experience in construction or foundation work is a plus, but not required 
  3. Strong work ethic and willingness to learn 
  4. Ability to work effectively in a team environment 
  5. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation 
  6. Knowledge of construction tools 
  7. 18 years or older

Concrete Finisher

Job Summary

We’re hiring an experienced Concrete Finisher to join our Foundations First family. In this role, you’ll handle all aspects of concrete work — from forming and pouring to finishing and patching — on residential and commercial foundation repair projects. We’re looking for someone dependable, detail-oriented, and ready to work in a fast-paced environment.

Pay Scale (Hourly) $25+ 

Pay is subject to change based on experience. 

Responsibilities

  1. Form, pour, and finish concrete for footings, slabs, and foundation repairs 
  2. Smooth, level, and shape surfaces using hand and power tools 
  3. Patch and repair existing concrete as needed 
  4. Assist with demolition, site prep, and cleanup 
  5. Work closely with the crew and follow instructions from the foreman 
  6. Maintain a safe, clean job site

Requirements

  1. High School diploma or equivalent 
  2. Possess effective verbal and written communication skills. 
  3. At least 1–2 years of concrete finishing experience 
  4. Skilled with floats, trowels, screeds, and other finishing tools 
  5. Able to lift 50+ lbs and work in various weather conditions 
  6. Strong attention to detail and pride in quality work 
  7. Reliable transportation and good work ethic

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who takes pride in quality work, knows how to manage people and projects, and can keep jobs moving safely and efficiently. 

Pay Scale (Hourly) $30+ 

Pay is subject to change based on experience. 

Responsibilities

  1. Lead a crew on residential and commercial foundation repair projects 
  2. Manage daily job site operations, timelines, and materials 
  3. Coordinate with project managers, clients, and inspectors 
  4. Ensure work is performed safely, on time, and to company standards 
  5. Train, supervise, and motivate crew members 
  6. Maintain accurate job records and daily reports 

Requirements

  1. 2+ years of experience in construction or foundation repair 
  2. Prior leadership or foreman experience required 
  3. Strong knowledge of tools, materials, and techniques used in foundation work 
  4. Ability to read plans and follow the scope of work 
  5. Reliable, organized, and effective communicator 
  6. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Residential Estimator

Job Summary

Foundations First Northwest, a fast-growing and trusted name in foundation repair, is looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Residential Estimator to join our team. In this role, you’ll assess residential properties, diagnose foundation issues, and provide accurate estimates for repair work. This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong background in construction and a passion for helping homeowners protect their biggest investment.

Pay Scale (Yearly) $96k+ 

Pay is commission-based 

Responsibilities

  1. Perform on-site evaluations of residential foundations 
  2. Accurately diagnose issues and determine appropriate repair solutions 
  3. Develop detailed project estimates and proposals 
  4. Present estimates to homeowners and explain the scope of work clearly 
  5. Collaborate with the front office and production team to ensure smooth project execution 
  6. Maintain communication with clients throughout the process 
  7. Meet sales goals and track leads using CRM tools 

Requirements

  1. 2+ years of experience in construction estimating, residential repair, or sales (foundation experience preferred) 
  2. Strong knowledge of residential construction and structural repair methods 
  3. Excellent communication, presentation, and customer service skills 
  4. Self-motivated and able to manage time independently 
  5. Comfortable using technology, including tablets and estimating software 
  6. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
